If you are a business owner, we are excited to announce that Fortis’ Furnace Replacement Rebate offer is being expanded to include commercial buildings and customers effective May 1, 2019.

Rebate details:

· Must install a qualifying ENERGY STAR® furnace

· $800 for eligible furnaces 95 - 96.9% AFUE

· $1,000 for eligible furnaces 97 - 99% AFUE

Eligibility:

· Must be a FortisBC natural gas customer under any rate class except residential.

· The existing furnace must be at least 10 years old, and must not require repairs in excess of $1,000 (pre-tax, including parts and labour). Emergency replacements of a furnace that is not in working order or is deemed unsafe to operate by a licensed gas contractor are not eligible.

· Must have purchased, installed and paid in full for furnace on or after May 1, 2019
