We're looking for a full time call taker and administrative assistant to work in our office Monday-Friday with the flexibility of call taking some evenings and weekends.

Job Duties:

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service by answering incoming calls and emails

  • Schedule customers and technicians

  • Communicate with technicians

  • Answer incoming calls from customers related to service, billing, and other departments

  • Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively

  • Enter accounts payable

  • Other assigned duties as directed by management

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service experience

  • Experience with QuickBooks

  • Familiarity with Apple Products (iPhone and Mac)

  • Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to Plumbing & HVAC an asset
