BREAKING NEWS!!! Fortis Rebates Have Doubled!!!

If this is your year for energy-efficiency improvements, you’re in luck. FortisBC is offering double rebates for a limited time!

If you have a older mid efficient furnace and have been thinking about replacing it to save on the heating bill this winter or you are concerned something might break down on it it’s a really great time to replace it with a high efficiency furnace. FortisBC has just announced today they are doubling their Furnace rebates. All of our Trane furnace options are eligible for either a $1600 or $2000 rebate. You’ll just need to get a special promo code from Fortis’s website before December 31st and have the furnace installed before March 31st of 2021.

If that wasn't good enough, Trane is offering 0% 3 or 6 month deferral plans if you're looking to keep some extra money around until after Christmas!

**Not all replacements are eligible it has to be a non-condensing furnace that is at least 10 year old and can’t be needing a repair over $1000. The best way to tell if you are eligible is if you have a metal vent or plastic vent coming off you current furnace. Metal ones should be eligible.
