"I can't think of a way to improve the service. I can always rely on them to provide an honest assessment of the situation, with clear options to resolve the situation. I appreciate the honesty, including telling me when it would not be worth my while (i.e. may be better to get an appliance guy in a certain situation). The only issue I have is cost, but you get what you pay for, I guess! :-) I can rest assured that they will diagnose the situation, let me know about what needs to be done before hand, and make sure it is done right. I also really appreciate Carene being available when I happen to be thinking about making an appointment. Almost like she is waiting for me to call or something. :-) Even in the evening or on the weekend. This is appreciated."

He told us what was wrong with it and how to repair it. He also discussed our 20 year old hot water tank with us and advised us to replace it before we had to deal with an insurance claim for water damage. He also discussed the pros and cons between a gas water heater and an electric heater. I have recommended him to my hairdresser who was in a quandary as to what to do with her heating in her salon area. He is knowledgeable and gives sound advice."
